This wine has a bright straw colour, with a clear hue, aromas of white peach, pineapple and pear burst from the glass, followed by a hint of florality to round out the fruity blend. Fresh and clean on the palate, with flavours of honey and white peach. This is a light-medium bodied wine with a balance of fresh sweetness and crisp acidity.
This wine is a blend of 46% Vidal, 32% Chardonnay, and 22% Gewurztraminer. Each variety was harvested and kept separate until blending. The fruit was gently pressed, and the juice was cold-settled for 48 hours before being racked off its lees. fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks, capturing the varietal aromas and the pure expression of the fruit. Once fermentation finished, the wine was blended before being stabilized, filtered, and bottled.
