This delicate Rosé displays a pale pink hue and exudes fragrant notes of watermelon, raspberry, and citrus rind, complemented by subtle floral undertones. Upon tasting, the wine reveals its graceful, light-bodied character, showcasing a splendid concentration of flavors. The palate is graced with lively bursts of fresh fruit, leaving a lingering impression, followed by a tantalizing acidity that gracefully carries through to the finish.
This wine was produced from our Estate vineyard Cabernet Franc. The grapes were hand-harvested then whole-cluster pressed, leaving very little skin contact to achieve its light pink hue. The juice was cold settled for 48 hours before being racked off its lees.
The wine underwent a long, cool fermentation in a stainless-steel tank. Once fermentation finished the wine was then racked off its ferment lees to another stainless steel tank where it sat for 6 months.
