VQA Berry Frosty

Ingredients:

• 1.5oz VQA Rockway Vidal Icewine
• 1 oz Pink 9 Spritz
• 3 oz Peach Juice
• Strawberries for Garnish

Instructions:

In a cocktail sharker combine all ingreadents . Shake with ice and strain over ice and garnish with a strawberry .

TASTING NOTES

Colour is brilliant pale straw. Up front aromas of fresh sliced pear, green apple and fresh brioche. The palate is immediately vibrant and fresh with focused acidity. Soft and balanced in the mouth with a medium fine bubble. Flavours of pear and candied red fruit are softened with notes of fresh bread and butter.
