Rockway Rainbow Mimosa

Take your mimosa to the next level with our Rockway Rainbow Mimosa!! It makes for the perfect summer patio drink.

Ingredients:

Rockway 9 Pink Spritz or Patio 9 Pink

Blueberry & Pomegranate Juice

Scoop of Rainbow Sorbet 

Garnish with Strawberry and a Sprig of Mint

Method:

Pour 2/3 glass full of Rockway 9 Pink (or Patio 9 Pink).

Top with blueberry and pomegranate juice.

Add one small scoop of rainbow sorbet.

Garnish the glass.

Rockway 9 Pink Spritz Tasting Notes:

Aromas of citrus and lime are followed by candied red fruit and hints of watermelon. The palate is balanced with crisp acidity and a touch of sweetness. The slight spritz makes the palate lively and fits well with the wine's lower alcohol of 9.5%. Fun and versatile. Tasted April 2019.
