"2017 was a great vintage for Pinot Noir. It was warm at the start and stayed that way into the fall. Warm days and cool nights led to beautifully balanced Pinot” Ben Minaker– Winemaker
Our Pinot Noir is a pretty ruby colour. It is showing aromas of black cherry, freshly turned earth and milk chocolate. In the mouth it is silky and smooth. It stands to improve over the next couple of years and really sing. This wine finishes with a chocolate-cherry aftertaste. Tasted September, 2018

"Spring is nearly here and it brings the sights of bright colours and aromas of blossoms. Pinot Noir is the one wine that I enjoy at this time as it is full of complex aromas, soft but subtle tannins. It promises to be better with age, and enjoys the cool crisp climate of Spring to be sipped"-Debra H.
This Pinot would be a great match for roasted chicken with a mushroom cream sauce.
Wine Making Notes
The grapes for this wine were delicately hand picked. They were then fermented in small batches and punched down twice daily. This has lead to a smooth and elegant wine. It was aged in oak barrels for 19 months to round and soften.
