Up front aromas of honey, lemon-lime, peach and melon. Hints of perfume and wild flowers lie beneath. The palette is off dry, with notes of citrus and confectionary fruit. Vibrant acidity balances the residual sugar and keeps the palette cleansed. A ‘more please’ finish.
The fruit was harvested, de-stemmed and pressed off of its skins. The juice was cold settled and racked off coarse lees. Fermentation was conducted in stainless steel tanks under temperature control to promote bright fruit aromas.
