This Riesling commemorates the 25th Anniversary of the Fergie Jenkins Foundation. A classic Niagara Riesling showing bright lemon-lime, grapefruit and fresh peach character. A juicy mouthfeel with seamless balance and a pleasant lingering finish.
Colour is bright steely straw. Aromas of fresh Niagara peach, apricot and lime zest. The aroma and flavour makes one think of summer breezes, wild flowers and orchards in bloom. The palate is juicy yet crisp with a supple mouthfeel and an undeniable presence of wet stone that brings tension to the wine. A lingering finish. Tasted October, 2018.

Harvested from our Estate Riesling block when the flavours and acidity were just right. Carefully pressed and settled naturally. Fermented cold and slow to promote complexities of flavour and aroma. Ferment arrested when perceived balance was just right.
