"The Sum of these iconic varietals is a balancing act. When they come together in the right proportion, they create a harmony of flavours and feel. This wine is continually evolving in the glass." D. Stasiuk, Winemaker
Colour is deep purple to garnet. Upfront aromas of currant, red berry fruit, tobacco leaf and baking spice. Notable undertones of vanilla bean, toasted oak and wildflower. The palate is full-bodied with a velvety mouth-feel backed with a rush of fresh acidity and supportive tannins. Flavours of dried red fruit, anise and savoury spice are just a few of the many complexities brought from these three Bordeaux varietals. Well balanced with a medium+ finish. To be enjoyed with grilled or braised meats as well as local harvest vegetables.
