Tasting Notes:
This Chardonnay shows a beautiful medium straw colour. It has been aged in oak barrels and is showing it. It has lovely aromas of pink peach, roasted pineapple, and just a slight hint of the oak barrel. In the mouth, it is round and smooth. It is a very generous Chardonnay.
Winemaking Notes:
Chardonnay from the Twenty Valley great to work with. this wine was barrel fermented and then aged in the barrel for 9 months. It underwent a secondary fermentation to make it softer and creamier..
Food Pairing:
This Chardonnay would be a great pairing with creamy pasta dishes like fettuccine alfredo.
